Czarface Meets Ghostface – ”Powers And Stuff”
Very much inspired by MF DOOM and the super villain/super hero theme, Czarface have been releasing material (music + albums covers + and lots of merchandise) since 2013. Although it is quite obvious the route 7L and Esoteric they have taken since their earlier days as a duo they have released some decent music in the process.
Along with Esoteric and Inspectah Deck, Czarface’s latest project features Ghostface Killah on MC duties. On procuction is 7L along with Jeremy Page.
M-Dot – ”Price Of Love”
M-Dot apparently visited our city of Stockholm last week! I wish I could share some undercover film but unfortunately I couldn’t attend. ”Price of Love” is a track produced by Jon Glass off Own Lane Music’s compilation ”Stay In Your Lane Volume 1” also featuring Rapper Big Pooh, Artifacts, Chris Rivers and a few others.

VT-19 i Sthlm har massor att erbjuda för den kräsne hip-hop älskaren. Lite info om vad som komma skall bjuder vi på nedan.
Homeboy Sandman och Edan är enligt oss på 1200.nu mycket musik kreativa och lekfulla. Prestigen ligger bara i att göra och leverera bra musik. Det uppskattas av oss som har sett kulturen och dess fans utvecklas under åren.
Homeboy Sandman är du förhoppningsvis bekant med. Edan hade inte släppt egen musik sedan 2005. Han har ägnat sig åt att producera musik åt andra artister som tex. Your Old Droog och självklart också Boy Sand. Sent 2018 släpptes dock skivan ”Humble Pi” som är ett Edan och Homeboy Sandman samarbete. Edan är lite av en karaktär och vi ser väldigt mycket fram emot att se honom och Homeboy Sandman på scen.
2016 intervjuade vi Homeboy Sandman på Judit & Bertil i Stockholm. Har du missat intervjun är du varmt välkommen att klicka här. Då pratade vi bla. om Jimmy Fallon, Peanut Butter Wolf, Jake One, Pop Workshop, Stones Throw och om ett eventuellt samarbete med Edan.

Fortsättningsvis har ingen missat Gods of Rap (De La Soul, Public Enemy, Wu-Tang Clan och DJ Premier) spelningen på Skansen den 24:e maj. Innan dess är det, tro det eller ej, andra väldigt bra bokningar värda att se fram emot. Se listan på spelningar i kronologiskt ordning nedan! Hoppas vi ses!
