Two days ago dropped the ”Doe or Die II” album by AZ. The first single features Jahiem on some Sugar Hill smooth type of joint. Lots of well-known guests on ”Doe or Die II”. However, no Nas!?
Marlon Craft – ”Can’t Call It”
Off ”Space” released earlier this year is the track ”Can’t Call It”. For me this is the first time I feel Marlon Craft. We’ve heard other tracks before but this was the first one giving us a nice feeling. Who knows…maybe worth going back to those other tracks again…anyway, ”Can’t Call It” is produced by Yusei.
Eternia & Rel McCoy – ”Praise”
We believe this is the second single from the upcoming album by Eternia & Rel McCoy. ”Free” drops on September 24th and so far it sounds like an album I’ll be checking!

DJ 2-Tone Jones feat. J Scienide & Supastition – ”Buddhists on Beatties Ford”
This is another nice track from the album entitled ”Contraband from India” released in July by DJ 2-Tone Jones. My favourite tracks from the album are so far ”Garem Funk”, ”The Curry Out” and ”Not Down” with some instrumentals on the album reminding me of some early Jay-Dee or maybe music by Madlib…
Mickey Factz, Blu & Nottz feat. Iman Omari – ”Stay Down”
This fenomenal trio formed by Mickey Factz, Blu and producer Nottz did a few days ago release ”The Narrative”. If you didn’t think these names together were exiting news they have also invited some guests! The 6-track EP is released by Soulspazm / SCHMTCS.
1982 feat. Skyzoo & Jared Evan – ”Summer In New York”
1982 gets support by Skyzoo and Jared Evan when it comes expressing the feeling about a good summer in the city of New York. The track is from the duo’s seasonal EP ”The Summer EP”.
El Da Sensei & Jake Palumbo – ”Blast Off!!!”
The Artifacts MC El Da Sensei drops some lyrical material over the piano laced by Jake Palumbo. This is a duo about to release an album entitled ”Solving Cases”. I’m definitely curious about this project!
Spit Gemz – ”New Scar”
Spit Gemz goes hard on a Jazzsoon beat on a track from the new EP ”Pardon My Poetry”.
